Floral Facade 

Booking, Payment Cancellation & Damage Policies 



  1. It is recommended / best to book our floral walls at least 3 months in advance, 6 months for weddings & custom walls to get the date of your choice. Rush fees apply to custom wall reservations.

  2. 100% of floral wall rental amount is required to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise.





3.  If client cancels booking more than 24 hours after confirmation of payment, Floral Facade will retain deposit & client is subject to a credit & will hold on file for 1 full calendar year from when the reservation was made




   4. In the event walls & signage provided Floral Facade is damaged due to the actions of event attendees or of staff NOT employed by Floral Facade, the client agrees to pay all repair or replacement up to the full value of the damaged property.


Please be advised, any damage to Floral Facade walls & props will result in fees being charged for damage.


Damage Includes, but ; not limited to the following


  • Damage caused by : Wind/ Water/ Extreme heat/ cold

  • Damage from leaning/ falling on wall

  • Damage from moving walls that are to remain stationary


Damage will be assessed as soon as possible after the conclusion of scheduled time. All visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
